Good Afternoon everyone, I'm Larui Hoinstien. We are receaving reportsa of the Sebecean government constructing a new "Super Ship". The government says these reports are false. A source inside the government leak the development of a Super Carrier/Battleship. It is said its systems are being developed on one of the protected planets, the main construction site, however, is reported to be i the 'Restriced Space, Mining Belt, How'ra'. Estemated crew for the Mon Ecliptus is 3.5 million, therfore, the ship is currently at powerdown (construction not complete) a few of the gun turrets, fighter bays, and few of the other decks our operational.
