The Conglomerate is interested in such sponsorship. We will gladly contribute 65,000,000,000 USD towards your space program. However, we have certain terms. To put simply, they are:

1) The second of your rockets will bear our advertisements only.
2) Any rockets you produce over a period of no greater than 20 years will also bear the PCC logo.

In further review of your enterprising offer, we would like to inquire as to the future plans of your space program. It looks, after all, as if the nation of Daistallia will be spending a lot more time in space, and eventually putting a lot more assets. Surely, the PCC logo will even serve a secondary security purpose; I daresay there are few powers in the universe who would dare attack anything invested in by the PCC. In such a case, I am prepared to offer a longer termed contract, along similar lines to my last proposal, with possible options for orbital engineering or technologies trade. Shall we say, 50 years, and $150,000,000 USD?
