Recently intellegince agents within the black market have discovered a new form of anthrax is on the market. Called Anthrax GAMMA its origins point to the nation of Red Tide. Further research reveals that this gooey form of anthrax can kill within minutes or seconds. It is transferred by touch(as in the goo touching the skin). It can also survive a small explosion(such as one caused by a grenade). It is currently on sale for 1 million a barrel.

While not strictly opposed to producing biological weapons as a strategic deterrant, we nevertheless condemn the nation of Red Tide for proliferating a highly virulent strain of Baccilus Anthracis. We hereby order all nationalized capital to withhold any trading they may have with Red Tide, and our own deterrance arsenal have received Red Tidian coordinates. Good day.

ooc - Biological and chemical weapons serve no purpose that cannot be fulfiled with nuclear weapons (ie. detterence). I'm sure people support me, biological warfare almost always leads to mass genocide. Nuclear weapons are very rarely used and if they are (in a situation such as this) you can choose the installations you target...

OOC: It is interesting, then, that the nuclear arms people claim they use for deterrance, are always used as warheads so large they inevitably wipe out large swathes of land, and will affect civilians. IMHO, nukes are no better than biological weapons.

I have 100 very small nuclear weapons and 20 self-made larger ones. I never ever plan the use the 20 (short of a Nuclear War).

Secret IC:A airfield by the Senora Biological Research, Production, and Storage facility.

The K-11 Stealth Cargo plane stood silently at the beggining of the airfield.The cargo trucks hurried to bring the barrels of Anthrax GAMMA to the cargo plane. The bunkers filled with biological weapons could be seen in the background. 4 above ground IRBMs-capable of reaching Japan-were being filled with Anthrax GAMMA.
"THATS THE LAST OF EM! All 104 units. Lets head for our first customer to distribute the 100 million units, then too our second to distribute the final 4."
The planes jets kicked in and it sailed down the runway before finnally taking off

Unfortunately, that plane flew a bit too close to a Veritasean naval battle group. The air-wing commander of the two aircraft carriers decided to send some planes up to warn the incoming plane off. Two F-14E Ultra Tomcats rocketed off the catapults of their respective carriers and were vectored towards the Red Tide plane by an E2-C Hawkeye. The more senior pilot called over the guard channel,
"Flight 134, you are approaching Veritasean flagships. Please state your mission and change your course, I repeat please state your mission and change your course."

The two Ultra Tomcats began to match radar bearings in case something happened, but other than that they awaited the plane's response.

The secretary of defense of Diminix, Joe Budden walks into the room and sits down next to the girl on the computer.

"To the empire of Red Tide, we at the government of Diminix rely almost one hundred percent on the defense of our nation and our people.
