Cao Cao is sitting and brooding over the situation. To his North was Yuan Shao, to the South Sun Ce and Liu Bei, and to the West, Liu Yu, Zhang Lu, and Ma Teng.
Suddenly an imperial messenger arrives. Cao Cao is ordered to bring his army to the Eastern Capital, Luoyang, to uphold the dynasty. Cao Cao seeing a chance to control the Empire gladly acquiesces and mobilizes 200,000 troops for the operation.
The vanguard of 50,000 is placed under the generals Cao Hong, Zhang Liao, and Xiahou Yuan, and the strategists Xun Yu and Sima Lang. The main army is under Cao Cao's personal command, with his remaining generals. Generals Cao Ren and Strategist Cheng Yu have been left behind to defend Xuchang, with General Zang Ba guarding Chenliu, and General Li Dian guarding Puyang.

Yuan Shu, style Gonglu, has been living a life of decay and corruption. Since he received the Imperial Seal (Emperor's Royal Seal), Yuan Shu had been biding his time to become emperor... And with his influence over Sun Ce, Yuan Shu believed that he was on the road to greatness...
Yuan Shu dispatched 50,000 men from Runan to attack the city of Zhijiang. He dispatches the generals Ji Ling, Lei Bo, and Chen Lan to command the army.

I may be interested in playing the Sun family. Would like to know where you're planning on going with this first, though...
