With TWO COUNTS OF INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM. They have deployed a recon aircraft to areas just outside our borders that they knew in advance leaks high levels of Nuclear Radiation.

We are requesting Full International Sanctions against The Nation of Shildonia. While we do not mind non-hazardous methods of high altitude observations, a nation that will deliberately use such a machine in International Airspace is a threat to every single nation on the planet.

In addition, we have frozen any and all of Shildonia's finacial assets and have forwarded all of their accounts which were in the banks of our Region to the UN Security Council as per the International Policy against Terrorism.

In addition, we have advised The Nation of Shildonia that they will have to apply to the Security Council for the return of such assets. This amount is over 80 billion.

Could you at least please divulge the evidence of this..... Act?

Although if you'd actually bothered to read the link provided, you would know that a) The NR-157 is unmanned (and made of metal, which a pterodactyl would find hard to chew through anyway), and b) It's highly radioactive, so the pterodactlys would die before they got close enough.



AND if you had done your homework back in grade school you would know that most dinos developed and evolved when most of the planet was highly radioactive. I second that. If you are willfully using an aircraft capable leaking enough radioactive material from its reactor that it is able to poison somthing such as a dinosaur in a matter of moments, you are guilty of the acusation. Even worse, your doing it over international waters (land?). This blatent act of foolishness is polluting the air and undoubtably people who have nothing to do with this, all so you can complete your 'observations'.

That poison doesn't just go away either, its going to settle down in some where. What if its an inhabited city or farmland?

Any attempt to intercept, or otherwise harass it, whether by the hand of man or beast, will be seen as a violation of Shildonian sovereignty, and shall be met with a proportionate response from the Shildonian Peoples Armed Forces.
We will not be dictated to by a tin-pot dictatorship, nor will we allow libelous accusations to be made against our nation, such as the ones perpetuated by yourself. We are hereby extending full economic sanctions against all the nations within the Templars of Asskrai, until such time as they see fit to retract the baseless accusations made against us.

Your right, there is currently no radioactive material in MY region, but this is still my problem. Someone is going to have this stuff carried to them on air thermals and it will bear the effects of it through no fault of thier own.

You are a danger, Shildonai. That plane isnt a recon vehicle, its a plague carrier.

We will not withdraw our surveillance aircraft until this unlawfully declared no-fly zone is lifted, and a full, public apology has been made for the baseless accusations made against our nation.
In the meantime, further reconnaisance flights over the Templars of Asskrai will be made by SR-71 'Blackbird'* class aircraft. Evidently they have something to hide, and we intend to ascertain what it is.


* They fly at 85,000 feet and at Mach 3. Even your radiation proof dinosaurs won't be able to get them.

Your nation is irresponsible in the extreme. If your machines cross into our territories it will be considered an act of International Terrorism and treated accordingly.

As of this moment, any and all of your assets currently in our banks have been frozen and forwarded to the UN Security Council. You no longer have property in our financial institutions.

Over 80 billion of your version of credits has been frozen, and you will have to apply to the Security Council to regain access to your accounts.

Oh, and we feel very sorry FOR your nation, since it's obviously being led by an intellectual MIDGET.

1. The Pterodactyl actually had a wingspan of a few centimetres. Another pterosaur, the Quetzalcoatlus, had a wingspan wider than that of an F-4 Phantom II fighter, but the idea that an October nation can produce something ths size of a B-2 is just plain preposterous.

2. Wonder how you train an ancient reptile to regard your airspace as its territory. (Even a bird couldn't be trained to do that.)

3. How does a pterodactyl chew through metal, or even bulletproof glass? And besides, how does it know a human is there, since no smells escape the cockpit? Plus, pilot is flying at speeds in excess of 500km/h. Try eating that out of the sky!

We could always sell you a cleanup nanite bomb, which is designed to eat (among other things) nuclear radiation. This would destroy the power sources of these aircraft and cause them to plummet to their doom over what appears to be an electrical failure. It's foolproof. :wink:

I've reviewed the "evidence". Fact is, as far as international law is concerned, the following applies:

1: You are allowed to do as you please in international airspace, so long as those aircraft do not violate the sovereign rights, territory etc of that country.

2: Aircrafts in international airspace is the "property" of its owners and, depending, the nation that the person/corporation that aircraft belongs to. As such, attacks against those aircraft would be a hostile act against the sovereign nation to which that aircraft belongs to (not to mention enraging foreign nationals on that aircraft).

As far as I see it, Shild didn't do anything wrong, at least not in public, he's allowed to do as he likes, just so long as he doesn't violate your airspace or attack you. Further, Shild was right. If you'd gone and attacked his aircraft, you would've committed an act of war.

Furthermore, it is typically the fashion for nations to deploy surveilance aircraft in international airspace to observe significant events in other countries. In this case, Shild was both right and wrong. Right, in that he deployed forces to keep an eye on the situation, should things get out of hand so he could deploy Peacekeeping forces. Wrong, in that he should have asked for permission to observe should things get ouf of hand.

Even furthermore, unless you provide concrete evidence and I see none of it, Shildonia never once invested so much as a cent in your country and your claims of holding 80 billion is wrong.

I am not against you or for Shild. I'm trying to state the facts as they stand.

If our wildlife attacks, it's as any predator would what he thinks is a meal. That doesn't constitute a NATIONAL attack. I warned him to either use satellite or to stay at a high altitude, and told him why that was wise. The actual ZONE is inside our borders, so if he enters it we will have some larger vareties of flying dinos or other genetically created, re-created, or just flat experimental critters waiting for him.


As far as BOTH SIDES of the SW border go, as I told him, there's a 4000 mile stretch that is extremely active, ie, volcanoes. If he's dumb enough to fly through THERE and his craft goes down, that is an Act of God and nobody's fault but his own for being there to begin with.

And as to the banks, Citibank International has their Headquarters in one of the nations here, due to a flat tax of 7% in that country.

On request from our department of defense, it and other banks based here who have international interests took the needed steps to insure that no accounts belonging to his country remained in our region. I merely reported to you what was reported to me.

I think hes getting at the point that the recon craft was leaking radiation from its reactor, and was still sent to observe his nation with this danger known. When it finally settles back down to earth, it may have been carried by the wind over Asskrai cites.

Asskrai is NOT a HE. SHE is the High Priestess of the Temple of Asskrai, and the High Ruler of the entire Region. And she has handed down the ruling that anyone who would do that is a threat not only to the security of the the Border Nations within the region, but to the inland sea from which much of our food is harvested, as well as to anyone we share a border with.

Obviously, he is willing to spread radiation poisoning where ever that plane goes, and if such a threat is not terrorism, how, precisely, would you classify it?

I say there is NO other way TO classify it, in this the nations of the region support our Ruler utterly. As part of that support, WE are working on developing compounds of our own that will render such poisons harmless, through the use of micro-organisms.

However, that fact does not excuse this individual from his responsibilites. What he does to us today, if he is allowed to get away with it, he will do to others in the future. Sooner or later, he will do it to you, as well. At that point you'll wish you had listended NOW.

In ordinary circumstances the radiation leaked is minimal. However, were the craft to be attacked it is quite likely that the shielding would be damaged, which would lead to a radioactive leak. This feature is actually a defensive measure, as the NR-157-class do not carry much in the way of countermeasures, and so it uses the threat of radiological damage as a detterent against attack. It has been certified as safe to fly by the Shildonian Aerial Transportation Board, whose report on the matter is freely available from the aforementioned body.
