Kisnesia

Kisnesia has done it again! The Original Kisnesian Supercomputer, the fastest in NationStates, sold for a top bid of $100 Billion USD. Now we are back, with an even faster Supercomputer.
The original link is here: http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=76509
Our number one request was for faster hard drive times: Our hard drives now run at 50K RPM, 5X faster than before. These new hard drives were developed at a cost of over 10 Billion USD and include a built-in liquid nitrogen cooling system. Also added are 25 Tape Drives.
Almost every feature of our computers has been updated, along with the core BIOS and Operating System.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Specs:
KisOS 2.2 (Specially Written for these computers)
125 KisPro processors @ 4 Ghz, with 2 Ghz system bus
1.75 Gb Level 3 Cache / 256 MB Level 4 Cache
2.25 Petabytes Hard Disk space (2.25 Million Gigabytes) running @ 50,000 RPM
512 Gigabytes DDR-2 RAM @ 2.75 Ghz
50 KisView Graphics Processors
75 Gigabytes of Graphics RAM
25 Built-in Tape Drives - Tapes hold 1 Terabyte apiece
Cooling system included in purchase. Cooling system keeps the computer below 25 degrees C. If Heats above 30 degrees C, computer shuts down until is cooler.
Physical size: Around the size of a half-American Football field.
Any necessary ports, both for input (USB, Firewire, etc.) and output (Video, etc) will be included at your request, at no extra cost.
Includes 12 NS Years (12 RL Days) of a dedicated tech support team that will live in your country (or in ours, if you wish).
--------------------------------------------------------------
We have 5 of these computers available to the highest bidders. Nations under 350 Million in population are not elligible to purchase these computers.
Talaax, Arribastan, and Sniper Country: As purchasers of our previous supercomputer stock, you are eligible to recieve an upgrade to your current Kisnesian Supercomputer for 2 Billion USD. You do not need to bid on these computers.
Bidding starts at 25 Billion USD per Supercomputer, and will close in 3 RL days.

We want 6 supercomputers for 300 Billion.
Unfortunately, only 5 are available for sale. However, we will honor a bid for 5 of them.
Can we re-consider your bid as $250 Billion for 5?

The Dictatorship of Stupid Marriage wishes to purchase a single supercomputer, can this be arranged? we are willing to take our offer up to £80 billion
We will sell to whoever offers the most, in whatever quantity. Right now, 80 Billion will gurantee you a single supercomputer.

Indra Prime: What source is this? We pride ourselves as providing the best, fastest, and most up-to-date computing systems in the world. (OOC: as long as you are RPing with modern tech or near future tech).

We wish to keep the source classified for the time being. The value of such advanced computers would do more than most can imagine.
(OOC: This is near future tech with actual prototypes in the modern era)

Very well, but we assure you that we are the only source of these computers that has a proven track record, and no record of "vaporware."

OOC: It is impossible to keep that system below 25... and why 30? most modern CPUs can survive at 60C.

Not impossible when you consider the size of this machine: nearly half of an American Football field. 30 is probably overkill in the way of safeguarding, but with 4 Ghz processors and 50,000 RPM Hard Drives, one finds it dificult to be too cautious.
Are you talking about 60C around the processor, or the air temperature inside the room the machine is in? Our processors can get much hotter than 30C without a problem, but the 30C air temperature is the boundary. Each processor also has a heat mechanism, but because of the distributed computing, if any one processor is getting too hot, likely the air temperature will be above 30C anyway, and likely all of them are getting close to being too hot.
