I've got to echo Zvarinograd and ask why you say he's evil. That and I'd like to note that if you intend to take on all the evil nations of this world, you've got your work cut out for you. Surely there's a more serious reason why you're going to invade him and slaughter his citizens with biological weapons than his sheer evilness.
Incidentally, is indiscriminate genocide really an appropriate response to "evil"? :roll:
