Today the government of Kahta announced that it had successfully tested an ICBM. It is called the KM-1 and can carry 12 independent nuclear warheads. The cost each is about $100 Million each, it has baloon, chaff, and other decoys. There will be 10,000 built for the government at an unknown time. The money is coming from a cash stockpile of approx 2.23 Trillion dollars.
$1 Trillion total will be spent on the missiles, including silos and command centers.
