We shall hold off on any further action until the nation of Spellfall replies. Hopefully wisdom will prevail and there will be no need for bloodshed, but if not then the Armed Republic of Unum Veritas is ready to meet this threat head-on.
An alert to increase readiness state has gone out to the Veritasean fleets and Task Forces Mystere and Glycerine have begun to slowly head towards Spellfall's waters, as well as three separate boomers. Spellfall should also be advised that each task force includes at least 2 carrier battle groups, and each carrier battle group has 2 nuclear weapon-equipped arsenal ships (ships that can deliver 500 missiles). So, not even counting the subs, Unum Veritas will have the ability to deliver at least 4,000 nuclear missiles to Spellfall's soil should this situation escalate. However, we might just place a blockade around the country and wait until the starving citizens overthrow the government themselves. We urge the government of Spellfall to reconsider its actions....and soon.

Why? Here are problems with you trying to buy monkeys:
1. Coldorra nuked the monkey production plant.
2. The ebola monkeys will in fact die themselves from ebola, probably not long after you buy them.
3. How easy is it to launch an ebola monkey at the enemy? Monkeys have free will (to a degree), a monkey would probably do anything rather than run at a mob of heavily armed noisy soldiers.

Damn, I'm well and truely flamed, isn't my face red. But my original post still stands, it was a godmod.
Oh, and god mode is a acceptable term in NS, it's just not used for this situation, it's used for not calling damaged like Spellfall hasn't... though I suppose he didn't get the chance.
