A little bit exadurating, but then he's threatened me as well. That could be determined as a threat too. It's also godmodding, as he only signed up on the 3RD!! Heck, even I don't have nukes yet!
I'm giving time for him to give up in this thread, obliterate his nuclear program, and maybe some other things as well.

The evidence is sufficient to prove that he is a bit misguided. Most new players are. We still support him and will defend him if attacked.
Perhaps instead of threatening and invading him, you should explain WHY he can't have nuclear weapons, WHEN he can have them and help him to grow as a better RPer. He's new and just a little green, give him a chance to gain some experience.

Sorry for not replying sooner. I've been writing a NationStates Browser.
First thing, I have purchased most of these nukes off reputable (ie. very established) members.
Secondly, the designs for building my own also came from an old member who gave me the green light so long as I didn't go over the top. Most people have accepted it after all.
And I wasn't threatening you, it was an ooc comment. If you paid more attention to the thread you'd also know I've roleplayed my nuclear construction to a permanent halt inside my own nation, as a concession it's now impossible for me to create nuclear weapons for my own nation without starting a revolution (above the 20 I've already made).
The fact is, I've been getting TGs from someone saying they will nuke me anyway, which is when I suddenly diverted my nations attention (for nearly a year game time) to finding nuclear armaments to defend myself and I also stumbled upon an opportunity to purchase plans... who wouldn't?
Well, I can tell you this. Stop doing stupid things with nukes and godmodding and crap like that. The war is cancelled for now. I will have my fleet on standby for the next year now in case you do something like this again, whether it be to me, or someone else, I will obliterate you!
All I need is the thread in which you purchased the nukes. If I see this, your having nuclear weapons is perfectly alright with me.

Nuclear weapons are not going to be used by us. You should at least be an early august nation by my standards to have nukes!
And did you buy these for $15 million? Because I believe these are still just plain ICBM's... unless he specifically says he sold you nuclear warheads are put in the ICBM's I sent you, I'm assuming he didn't.

That is sufficient evidence to have the Armed Republic of Unum Veritas back Coldorra as well. You Sept. nations ought to back down before you bite off more than you can chew. Give Coldorra a chance. Besides, although Weekendlaziness is only selling the missiles, according to this thread he specified nuclear weapons and was confirmed. If a single soldier from one of you September nations sets foot on Coldorran soil, the Veritasean armed forces will be forced to intervene.
