As some of you may know, Defari has been engaged in combat with Ebony Islander rebels. All of the combat had taken place between soldiers, although as of late the rebels have engaged in terrorist attacks. The most grave of these attacks happened moments ago. A suicide bomber "affiliated" with the Ebony Defenders attacked the Defarian Grand Prix as the fans were leaving, killing 14 and wounding 27. Know we are forced to ask the international community to aid us in the war to eliminate these scourges and to install a safe government in the Ebony Islands.
