The aid walked into the High Lord Rushe Lee's work chamber. She was carrying the last draft of the treaty that was to be proposed to both the Ma-tek and Angelus.

The High Lord looked up from the vast amount of paper work on his desk. "Ah good Shelly. Looks like we were able to get the treaty ready on time." Good thing to I would hate to ruin a good future alliance by not being on thime.

Shelly put the folders on the High Lords desk. "Will that be all lord?"

"Not quite Shelly get ahold of the Me=tek and Angelus goverment and tell them we have a final draft of the treaty. And We would like to know were they would like to met to work out the finer details."

The armed transport Lew Ven moved to outer lunar orbit. She had a squadron of Raven fightes as esorts.

When the ship is docked, the airlock will open into a large hub of sorts, with many other airlocks leading out in many directions. A bunch of people will be here, loading and unloading cargo, milling about, whatever.

In front of the door, however, will be Omicron Blu (http://www.silentrequiem.net/blu.jpg), floating a few inches off of the floor.

The ship move in to postition. As was towed in to the dock. Once the Hatch to the air lock opened, the Deligation moved forward. Along side the diplomats were several security personel. The were only armed with a taser at the hip

Blu nods sagely towards the dignitary. Good afternoon, my lord. I am Omicron Blu, Speaker of the Holy Empire.

She motions towards the entirety of the area around her. Welcome to Waystation 013. May I show you to your rooms, or will you be wanting to speak business immediately?

Rushe thinks for a moment "I think a little freshening up would do nicely So yes you you would not mind showing use our rooms.

Blu nods and turns away, gliding silently towards the central hatchway leading out of the docking bay. Huge sliding panels stand open across the doorway, the barest hint of a groove marking their tracking across the floor, and a long hallway extends before them.*

Waystation 013 was built following an ancient Caelistis Gens resort station, modified only slightly to suit Our needs as a refueling/trading/diplomatic center. Most of the trading and cargo exchanging takes place in the outer modules, leaving the central arch and hub relatively empty. She smiles slightly at this. We do not often entertain guests at these facilities, but I assure you, they are first class.

Blu continues onwards, ushering the digintaries into a perfectly round elevator. As soon as they are all safely inside, it drops from the hub for only a few seconds before the doors slide open onto complete opulence. Gleeming marble floors stretch out before them, rich oak wall panelling reflecting in the near-mirrored surface. Glowing orbs of soft pearly light float at regular intervals throughout the suite, and various paintings hang just before the walls.

This is the presidential suite. I am sure you will be comfortable here. The master bedroom is down the hall through the double doors, and to the left is a room for security personel. There is also a sitting area, a library, a small kitchen, an adjoining dining room, and a communication/datajack room for your cspace pleasure.

She smiles at them, ever the perfect hostess. Refreshment can be obtained through the autodispensers, or can be prepared. All supplies come from the dispensers, I'm afraid, storage space here is at a minimum.

Rushe is in wounder at the construction. He had seen theire own station, but the only one that could compare would be Base station New Hope.

At exactly 0800, a soft chime sounds throughout the unit, a calm reminder of the meeting at 0900.

An hour later, Omicron Blu floats up to the door and her voice whispers through the com system into the room.

"Yes Omicron Blu all is in order for the meeting."

A Western Might SDF frigate enters communication range of waystation 013.

Unfortunately, while We are supremely interested in continuing peace talks with your government, it has been requested that Lord Rushe be placed under custody until authorities from Western Might arrive to remove him.

We do not have any further information at this time, but I apologize in saying that you must remain in these rooms until time permits otherwise. You will be afforded full communication rights, as well as the personal privlidges accorded to all political prisoners. You will be allowed the right to privacy within these walls, and We will do all in Our power to maintain your comfort.

The Western Might Government would be lad for out two counties to sign a none aggresion pact with Menelmacar, if booth sides find them agreeable. We hace "replaced" the first delegate in the talks with Angelus and are sending another. If it is ok with Angelus, we would be plaesed if you joined the peace talks at waystation 013.

Two shuttles leave the Frigate and head toward waystation 013. They dock with the station and the personel inside of them come out. Out of one Come the new delegate from Western Might. the other carries a security detail. The new deligate steps forward "Hello I am Bruce O'Conner may I ask were Lord Rushe is?"

Lord Rushe was in a slight panic. He always liked to know what was going on and the news he got from home was worrying him. A aid walked up to him. " Sir you look worried whats wrong?"

What..? oh sorry it's nothing just nothing. I wish I knew what was going on!

An aid walks up to lord Rushe. "My Lord we were able to get a communication from our ship it seems that that small uprising has overrun the goverment and it seems that they have sent men toarrest us!"

"What? Arrest us how can this me? I am High Lord, ruler of Western Might they can't do this."

"But My lord they have and it seems that your half son will become..."

As the security detail from the Western Might delegation were wandering through the hallways of Waystation 013, a similar detatchment of Angelic Guardian Units made their way steadily to the the diplomatic suite. They arrive shortly before their Western Might counterparts, and they take up protective positions around the open doorway.

Blu nods lightly to Rushe, and turns to float out into the hallway to greet the new delagation from Western Might.

We have been requested to grant asylum to Lord Rushe, and to hold a tribunal to determine his guilt. If he is found innocent of the crimes with which he has been accused with, We shall continue to offer him asylum until he is able to freely return to Western Might without fear.

However, if he is found guilty, We shall release him into your custody. Regardless of the outcome, Angelus will not deign to interfere with the administrative policies of Western Might, and its new government.

Bruce O'Conner nod. "We expected as much from him" To his men stand downa dn teturn to the ship" The team left and Bruce return his attention to Blu. " I have three cpoies of the formal list of the charges and evidence filed against Rushe Lee. In case both Lord Rushe and yourself wanted a copy of them. May i ask though has lord Rushe give any through about when the tribunal will be held or who will defend him?"

Blu waves her hand in dismissal. His reasons behind doing as he does is not Our concern. Our only position on this matter is to unbiasdly determine if he is innocent or guilty. As for his representatives, he has not stated who he wishes to perform said duty.

If he has no official representation, Angelus will provide one for him as an act of civil duty. However, this requires the isolation of one of Our own from the Mainframe, and then directly connecting him/her to Lord Rushe via Augment.

She pauses, and looks directly at O'Conner. Another alternative would be to implant a full Augment into his mind, and extract the full acount from his subconscious. However, this goes against his basic rights as a sentient being, and We will only perform this act if he consents to it, or after long debate, no decision on guilt or innocence can be obtained.

"If it was for me i would ask to put the chip in the guys head. Augments , robotics and chips work well enough for me. But i'm sure The Lord Rushe would not wish to have anything implanted in him. But we might as well ask." He indicates the hatchway to Lord Rushes' room. "May I?"

Blu nods, and one of the Guardian Units steps forward with a handheld scanner. It quickly scans O'Conner and extends its hand for O'Conner's weapons.

Please forgive the action, but as Lord Rushe is now under Our care, We do not wish anything ill to come of him. Please give your weapons to the Unit, and I shall escort you into Lord Rushe's rooms.

The scan shows up a good amount the the man is man up off machines, around 37%. Bruce then reaches for his holster, handing the stun rod to the unit. Then reaching into his left boot pulls out a rather nasty looking knife. "There I am no longer armed "
