Your infantry really needs some decent machine guns, at least 1 Squad automatic weapon (SAW) or Light Support Weapon (LSW) per 4 man fire team is really required, the FN Minimi or similar would be a good choice as would a rifle/MG hybrid like the HK MG36 or the SA80LSW.

At high levels (compny level and above) some decent General Purpose Machine Guns (GPMGs) such as the FN MAG58 (UK gimpy) or the M60 family would be useful.

Might I suggest you buy some anti-tank weapons for your troops too (I developed this because my own troops lacked AT ability)
