Emperor Nightshade himself stands behind a podium,facing the camera,and the room before him filled with reporters from many nations.
[OOC- Anyone can send a reporter,and ask questions,etc.]
"Greetings,my friends. I wish to break the silence of our country,officially. Our 'leave of absence' was part of a martial law I had instated,to quell a rebellion. Now that this is over..." he paused to catch his breath,and continued "Our nation is more unified than ever.
"As some of you may know, I have been part of the region of Middle Earth for quite some time. Plans are in the works for the Dominion of Indigalia to secede,and form it's own empire,where two Indigalian-controlled countries will join us.",Nightshade spoke,so that all could understand. And then he took a sip from a glass of water on the podium.
"Which brings us to who those countries are...Fangorn Forest Borders and Special Operations are both under my total control,and will form a large empire...which will be named later".
The Emperor looked out at the curious faces of those before him,as the two flags of Indigalia flattered a bit behind him,in the air conditioned-induced wind. And he took a minute to gather his thought,before beginning again.
"Next on the scope of our country,is the expansion of our military forces. No longer will Indigalia rely on importing foreign vehicles,however infantry firearms are still needed. We are beginning production of our own vehicles,mostly land,but a few air and sea elements."
"We also have constructed three ICBM-compatible missile bases within the borders of this great nation,one having been modified to accept,at this time,an undisclosed,advanced type of missile."
"Forming even faster,is our scientific element,which has many different projects slated for completion; a Indigalia-exclusive Internet-like network,and a space program." He sighed and smiled weakily.
"Now I will take a break and answer questions from all those who have them",he concluded,folding his hands on the podium,and waited.
