International Disputes
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.

Description: This bill is based upon the belief that a criminal that commits a crime in another country must be subject to a tribunal of the countries involved to solve the dispute. As well as establish an International Dispute Committee

:Article 1: This would be for crimes worthy of imprisonment and capital punishment. The accused would face a trial in the country of offense with a member of the International Disputes Committee present to act as lawyer and council to the defendant and to make sure that all laws are upheld and just.

:Article 2: International Disputes Committee will be organized and consist of member of every UN Nation, the top lawyers in their field will be the council of this independant and nonbias party. They will make sure that both parties are fair adn just in their decision.

:Article 3: Cases involing and warranting the death of an individual or group of individuals will be presented to thsi committee to ratify or disallow such actions.
