Under a new law passed by a conservative congress, the goverment of Kahta will be changing from their current policy of putting neo-nazis, KKK types, and murderers on an island to one that is cheaper for the government.
Drowning them with a cinder block. Then the next person to be killed will have to go down and tie the cinder block to their foot. If they don't then a simpiler method will prevail. Food for the zoo animals. This law will result in the execution of 100,000 people this year and about 2,600 per year.

We condemn this forecoming genocide: Kahta is just being as infamous as the groups he wants to pursue.
If Kahta wants to fix that, Kahta should start from the very beggining: the educational system.
Sounds like a good idea to me but at the moment I have more important things to be thinking about 8)

Personally we think the island idea is better. I mean, that's what we do with all of our socalists/communists, shove 'em all on an island and see if they can successfully inact their governmental beliefs. So far there have been nothing but failures and one Stalinist Communism that threatened to take over the entire island and slaughter all the birds that the leader thought were conspiring against him.

We might be able to do some sort of deal involving people convicted of spreading anti-equality propaganda (Congress resolution #2132, enacted under a liberal congress).

The educational system is fine. It's cirriculum is voted on by the voters of Kahta and if they wish to challenge it they may do so in a court. A panel of 9 people, 2 citizens, 3 businessmen, 3 educators, and 1 Government official.
Voting is compulsary, so the educational material is decided on by the people of Kahta.

I am sorry, but they are not for sale. But the prisons they are held in, are up for public contract bids. The company can sell out the labor.
