Background: Over the past several days, the Counter-Revolutionary Capitalist Terrorist Group has preformed numerous atrocities in the KoRT Sovjet. For one, Joseph Kasmire, a canidate for the new Chairman elections, was shot and killed by a member of this group. Soon after, 3 men left NKVD Intellegence, setting off a bomb, killing the Kasmire shooter and two NKVD agents. Since the Kasmire shooting, several accounts of bombing have been recorded, each bombing being traced back to the CRC terrorist group.
IC: Chairman Vladimir Borislav shut off the television just as the KNN finished another bombing report. Vladimir couldn't help but feel responsable for the recent events. On the political flip side, it was loosing him votes in the Chairman elections. With limited military and arms support, he was unable to find a way to take care of this situation.
Borislav then made his way to Vladigrad for today's Congress meeting. The congress meet was set up so that all the states of the KoRT Sovjet could figure out a way to handle this CRC Terrorist front. He had hoped that other nations would be kind enough to reach out a hand and support the KoRT Sovjet in this difficult time.
Invitations to the Congress meeting had been sent out to all nations against terrorism, hopefully to gain support and suppress this revolt quickly.
