Terrorists Sieze Grand Hotel!

Early this morning a group of terrorists burst into the conference room at the Grand Hotel where the Estate Agent Society was holding its annual convention. More than 500 Estate agents were taken as hostages.
The terrosist leader announced that, unless their demands were met, they would release one estate agent every hour.
He continued to talk gibberish down the phone before hanging up.
Special Forces are Preparing to take down the building.
