In case you weren't aware of it, a B-2 costs $2 billion, you can't afford 20, let alone 100. I have like 6 B-2s (looking at expanding this)and 80 Tu-22s.

We give Lima Beens a 'probation period' of 7 years (7 RL days). We explain to him the boundries of what he can do. If he godmods during those 7 years we ban him from buying anything.

By the time other nations could arrive to defend him, it could be too late (his defenseless civilians would already start dying, and any help to LB would have to attack enemy fortified positions, causing more lives than necessary).

While that is a better suggestion, we feel that it is lacking. A garrison of foriegn troops (a temporary one), coupled with a police force from LB would be better. The reason we feel this way is because foriegn troops may not fight (and possibly die) as well as native forces, due to them not holding any real loyalty to LB. A force of 100,000 LB police troops (0.556% of his current population) could help to hold off an attack until other nations could respond.

With only 100,000 weapons (and whatever weapons they'd scrounge from any dead soldiers), they wouldn't be able to stop retribution from getting them. Slow it down, yes, but not stop it.

Basically, a foriegn garrison AND 100,000 police troops would be a delaying tactic in case of invasion, but not a force large enough to completely stop an invasion.
