The Holy Empire of Barbarosea has recently learned that one nation that he protects (New Spartha) has been occiupied by Roania's troops. Not all of New Spartha has been occiupied, only the southern half. Barbarosea is binded by the Barbarosaent pact to ask Roanian to leave New Spartha or Barbarosea will have to take military action. As of now, the Barbarosea military has been activated, and is on MAL 2, ready for war.

Due to AMF's decisive victory in New Spartha, we feel that Barbarosea should know this.

1. New Spartha is not allowed to rebuild a military force of any kind.

2. New Spartha is not to engage in international hostilities (support those in a conflict).

3. New Spartha is not to threaten nor attempt to make war.

We too are interested in driving Roania's troops from the country. There's been a communications blackout from New Sparthan citizens living under Roania's rule, with a few isolated exceptions, and Roania's vagueness when questioned about this leads us to believe foul play is afoot.

As a long standing opponent of the New Sparthan conflict and its subsequent occupation, we will support Barbarosea in its efforts diplomatically, financially, and militarily if necessary.

Actually, we're willing to agree to much less.. psychotic withdrawl terms. If Roania leaves New Sparthan territory and ceases its occupation, it will not face military action by Alvarezistan. New Sparthan citizens residing in Alvarezistan and other countries have a right to b repatriated in their homeland, under their own rule; not the whim of opportunistic land-grabbers.

If new Spartha Does anything to upset the respective Nations of NationStates we shall be forced to invade New Spartha and cleanse him of any weapons and we shall Destroy their corrupt government adn replace it with a Communist government untill we see that they are ready to rule themselves again.

As with Seversky's forces, yours will recive very nice barricks while we wait for the responce from Roania, and will fight along the best of the best of Barbarosean soilders

Alvarezistan's armed forces have been mobilized for the impending invasion. The five carrier groups brought up to see Alvar inspectors to their destinations at the AMF/NS war's begininng are reactivated and prepare to disembark on a moment's notice. Two fully mechanized divisions of marines are brought on high alert, compromised 45,000 fighting infantry total, and the 8th Amphibious Armored Division is activated as well.

OOC: Aequatio's probably better at organizational stuff; typically, how many tanks do you have in an armored division, total? Assume we're talking modern stuff, T-90's and the like.

OOC: A typical OpFor Tank Division would have up to maybe 300 tanks and maybe 500-600 APCs with infantry (This is a rough estimate) That's using Russian tanks like the T-90 or T-80 and APCs like the BMP-3 and BTR-90.

As for me, my division has 60 Armoured Sections and 4 Leopard 2A6 Tanks per section, giving me a total of 240 vehicles. Smaller contingents have small numbers of sections. (That's how I've organized my own military, I think I have it nearly perfected now. If you want to see how I've done my military, I'll make a thread about it or something.)

We recently have been constantly monitoring Roania's action. From threatening to use chemical warfare, from threatening war, to bombing Al Anbar civilian targets on puprose, and now this, we have seen enough.

The Omzian High Military Council has immediately voted "YES" to liberate new Spartha.

We advise you to send the remaining New Sparthans to Spartha Reborn in small shipments. It is unlikely we'll be able to handle the influx of refugees all at once. This way, we can begin the repatriation of New Sparthans on reconstructed Sparthan land. All threats of force are hereby rescinded if the population is left unharmed.

The Commonwealth of Boa Vista wishes that the following deal will put an end to all hostilities between New Spartha and AMF.

1. New Spartha shall re-write their constitution, banning unprovoked acts of belligerence against any nation.

2. New Spartha shall have a self defense force of no more than 1% of thir population with a maximum soldier cap of 400,000.

3. New Spatha shall not have a separate air force. It shall be a component of its navy, which shall not contain more than 10 medium sized warships.

4. New Spartha relinquish all rights to nuclear weapons.

5. All nations involved in this war shall back down and return to their previous conditions. All land gains or losses shall be annuled.

6. All nations involved in this matter shall sign a cease fire, to last for 6 months, in order for a comprehensive peace agreement to be agreed upon.

7. The old government of New Spartha shall be restored while a new government is to be formed by a special commission. Members of the old government will be barred from serving the government again.

We hope that this will end all hostilities and restore the area to its prevous condition.

As Roanian troops move out, Alvar troops prepare to move in to the southern half of New Spartha formerly occupied by Roania. Officially, they are to serve as peacekeepers to keep occupied New Spartha from falling into chaos once a power vacuum is created. About 30,000 army regulars with police duty certification are sent in small fleets of about 2000 at a time, escorted by small patrols of submarines and missile frigates.

The President of The Commonwealth of Boa Vista, under the power entrusted in him as the Executive Admiral of the Commonwealth Armed Forces, is sending 30,000 peacekeepers to assist in the recovery and protection of New Spartha.

Also, a team of Commonwealth Army radiation abatement team will also move in to clean up any radiation. In addition, aircraft carrier Beira, along with 50 Baixa-class fighters, has arrived on the shore of New Spartha and will patrol the skies for any possible enemy activities. The carrier is also protected by destroyer Fortaleza and Amizade, both Cascai-class destroyers equipped with AEGIS technology.

The above peacekeeping forces shall remain in New Spartha until the situation there stablizes.
