When completed, the shipyard will allow Waaagh Grimgor to build vessels in outerspace. Right now they are limited to Rokkits shot into orbit. The process is long, but the end is in sight in the not so distant future.
Just keeping you guys up to date with this, so it doesn't seem like it came out of no where when I complete it.
