The Index of Agencies Under Nations

There are volumes of leaders, nations, personal profiles; now to be documented for people who are curious, I think it would be pretty nice to add some major (not every goddamn branch of your government mind you) agencies like military police agencies, war councils, diplomatic relations, and other things that are generally required by a nation to function.
Please include name of agency, purpose, and who's in charge.
Agencies under Pergatorio:
1. Minipax (Ministry of Peace) - Documentation, economics, negotiations, and planning pertaining to all military interests. Under command of General Robert Whitaker.
2. Minitru (Ministry of Truth) - Printing, documentation, release, censorship, and banning of all public materials. Under command of Dr. Joanna Pesicka.
3. Miniplenty (Ministry of Plenty) - Distribution, financial center and advisory committee, importation and exportation of foreign and native goods, trade and expansion. Under command of General Frederick DuGalle.
4. Miniluv (Ministry of Love or "Minimal of Love") - Surveillance, investigation, arrests, interrogations, persecution of civilians, spies, and military prisoners and general populace. Under command of General Lee Harvey Oswald.

The General Assembly (essentually Telcordia's Senate) elects one senator to head each of the Ministries as well as several special offices such as:
I.R.I.S. [International Reconosence and Intelligence Service] Telcordia's Uber-Intelligence Agency which covers everything from Foriegn Espionage, to Counter Espionage, to Counter-Terrorism. though publicly acknowledged as existing all fo its duties and actions are highly classified.
I.M.P.A.C.T. [International Millitary Precision Assualt and Counter Terrorism division] as special branch of Millitary intelligence and Special Forces created to protect foreign resources with as little (pardon the pun) Impact as possible.

Langham Elite Guard [LEG]-An organization which defends Langham's self-interests and also acts as the law enforcement body.
Langham Counter-Insurgency Force [LCIF]-A group of special forces chosen by the BoI (Board of Intelligence) to quell uprisings and major threats.
Board of Intelligence [BoI]-An investigative organization which also has ties with the Langham military.

Okay let me clarify, the AZ-ATMRD are also developing a way to completely break down sentience and free thought using these children as test subjects. (Without the ability to have any moral decisions, how can a soldier commit mutiny/insubordination?) Essentially we are attempting to make perfectly obedient soldiers with immunity against psychological warfare as well as making the process faster.
