Brother and Sister Nations Program
Yesterday, The Council of Windigo Song announced its intentions to begin a "Brother and Sister Nations" Progam. This program, if enacted will allow work-study programs to other nations for their youth population, as well as opening opportunities for cultural and anthropological enthusiasts in other nations to study at the extensive Museum and Library at the Windigo Song University - currently the only major college in the country.
They are also seeking an influx of teachers for the opening of a second college further to the south. Any interested people will be provided with spacious housing, as well as pay and complete medical benefits.

(for example: are you the happy, peace-loving, aloof types or the snobbish, we-are-better-than-humans types, both are perfectly fine btw)
We're not a nation primarily of elves. Elves make up only about 17% of our sentient population. Our citizens are happy and peace loving, and we do our best to get along with the rest of the world. We're dedicated to peace and prosperity, and we support diversity.

The Grunge-French Republic, the Defensor of Human dignity and Human Supremacy only sees in these nations rulled or parcially directed by elves nothing but primitive nations trying to stablish a government in the hands of beings that are property of the humanity, like elves (or orcs for that matter).
