I am Ipsissimus Paracelsus Trismagistus, High Templar of Jagha. We are a simple, isolationist nation. As a people with more than enough resources for our small population we have never truly needed any aid or contact with outside nations.

We also have never had much use for trade. Jaghan tools and arcane machinery work only at the hands of a Jaghan of proper faith, concentration and rank. Our impliments are simply attractive diagrams and concentrations of different metals in different lands.

We have run into a bit of a problem of late, however, and the Ministers of Justice are at an impasse.

An "Arms Dealer" named Carlot of Shamlus has found a way to create vulgar batteries of power to fuel our most sacred mechanisms. This is an affront to the Grand Supplicant, Opener of Ways. I cannot speak of the devices that he produces or their affects, our desire for secrecy and privacy as a nation comes foremost.

Any advice or aid we may receive on the subject of law enforcement and ferreting out such loathsome curs as Carlot of Shamlus would be much appreciated.

All praise the Supplicant, for He praises all.

The Supplicant has given us machines that can navigate great distances, read the future in the stars and even call down the mighty power of the Fierce Ones upon the land. The High Priests will not allow any skilled in the Faith (We call it Shektina in Jaghan) to leave the country and the plans for our great machines are held only by the church.

This is simply not fair. The powers of Shektina have been shown in the most uneducated children, the poorest and the most downtrodden. The Supplicant, our great Brother Legba, has given the Faith to all people of Jagha, not simply the priests.

All praise the Supplicant, for he praaaaaa
