philopolis is currently constructing a so-called "space-force". the space force will be a department of the philopolian military which will help moderate space and fight wars off of earthly ground and airspace. this project is highly costly and will require an estimated 50 billion zenny. (estimated to be 70 billion US dollars). any donations will be appreciated from our international neighbors.

OOC: the second one. we are advancing our military into the 21st century. we are doing this to prepare for (if) one day we are at war with a space nation
then your best bet would be ICBMs or other missiles that can carry a warhead into space, as a modern nation, most your battles owuld be fought on the gournd, and the only things you would need to shoot down would be lightly armored Ortilary platforms, unless tehy are really stupid and cheep, in which case ignoring them may be best. As a space nation I've seen that a groundwar is the best thing, as ortialry and orbital bombardment is inaccuarate. . . though if you would like to buy pre-made orbital defence posts to put up as satalites, I can help you with those.
