In recent government legislation within the Saskatchetoban Politburo, citizens with mental and physical disabilities, most notably dyslexics, were relocated to guarded hamlets in the northern tundra region to work under forced labour conditions.

The government has condoned the practice and offers no resolution to the situation resulting in the re-release of this source of low-cost labour into popular society. There a protest scheduled in the nation's capital: Reginnepeg on the 1st of November.

Viceroy Plekhanov has been alerted of the matter and has blocked off roads steeped up security around many of the roadways accessing federal and provincial politburo offices.
