Look at it this way, does Ecuador have nuclear weapons? They're the same size, and have similar technology level, but it's industries are more towards silver, copper, and iron mining.

I have got nucks but theres no point in using them unless you have raelly good resion to. It's bad RPing and there only useful in threats. Even if you did have the economy to make them there would be no point in using them. Plus seeing as your state has no prisons how long would it be till someone stole them and nucked YOU! I think there is no point in continuin the resurch
