Is he still logged into your nation?
You can get his IP address.
Are you sure it's not just a cache issue? What happens when you put the password in?
If it says 'incorrect password', get the game to send you a new one.

If a person is still logged into the site, the admins should be able to track their IP addresses and ban them from NS.
Also, you can use the IP address to find the physical address.
That is how the music industry lawyers are finding out where all the file sharers live.

my firewall tells me the location of anyone who tries to hack my comp :)
when you mistype your password it should tell you to type it in again, there will be a link on the page which allows you to receive the pasword by e-mail

Most email accounts require your address. And most people put their real address.
