The SDP Empire is looking for a nuclear bomb. Just like when the empire bought the smallpox it is soley for reasearch and development. We are only looking for one and it doesnt have to be very powerful probably a 15 megaton will work....if anyone is interest please respond

You have smallpox and you're, what, 1 day old? I don't think that's possible...
Just wait a while until you get a little older, and then it's fine. :) But really, not when you are one day old.

so how "developed" do you need to be to get one then....
There's no set time -- it's just that people will jump all over you and you'll get yourself ignored real fast if you claim to have all these uber-powerful weapons with 6 million people. A few weeks or a month and nobody will hassle you.
It's like the adage -- "With age comes privilege." Just wait for a bit and you'll be fine. :)
