U'll get an issue about mining it soon so you dont really need to bother!
But if you still want it we will sell you 100,000 tonnes, at $9000 USD per tonne.

Buying Uranium is rather... silly. You will get an issue to mine it soon. And it's not like your nation has the manpower or technology to develop Nuclear Weaponry yet...

this decision to buy such a dangerous substance has not gone down well with my goverment and we implore you to reconsider buying this material as it only can lead your nations down the road to self destruction
