AK-47s needed
The police force of the United States of Ameraka will no longer just wound criminals. We will now shoot back.
We will need very cheap machine guns for the police force. I'll need only about 100,000 since I only need them for our biggest cities.

Why would you use a water gun?
I can get you 100,000 AK-47's for $300 apiece. That would come to a total of $30 million if you want to buy. You can supply your own ammo, or we can ship it with the guns at a bargain price of $40 per thousand rounds (OOC: about half the real-life price of AK ammo).
I can sell you some AK-47's, their out of date beacuse we are now using the AK-74
