Under the current system, there appears to be no way of settling certain issues, such as godmoding, whether invoking "God" is allowed, certain jurisdictional discrepancies, and the punishment of slammers. Therefore, I propose the following:
That anyone who wants to join this union, that only deals with the punishment of its members, court law, etc., should post the message "I will join." or something of that nature. By joining, you agree to the below points:
1) That all decisions of this court are final.
2) That all members of this court are allowed one vote, no more and no less.
3) That the majority opinion always rules.
4) That, for methods of impeachment, the charges be brought against a member nation, and the remaining members shall decide upon impeachment, by the ruling in Point 3.
5) That an administrator be elected, whose only jobs are to set up polls, etc., at the request of a member, to tally the votes, announce the results, and decide upon certain matters, such as discrepancies in this Code.
6) That all alliances, unions, etc. that you are in do not affect your membership.
7) That the status of things when you enter stays the same until next vote.
8) That the administrator may be removed by a majority vote under Points 2 and 3.
9) That these points may not be changed without a majority vote.
