That is right. Kekkosmaa's territory has, for long, been too small to the people that inhabits it. That is why we are willing to buy unused land suitable for living, agriculture or mining.
If you have land that you do not need, tell us and we will buy it.
I control a colony in Tanzania, and I'll allow you to settle some 5-10 million people and tanzania and let them farm the land for 10 billion USD, although they must obey Romanian Colonial laws.
Since this territory is Romanian territory I would rather you not station any military forces there, except for some helicopters or something.

Fine, those military bases are not really necessary. We are willing to pay that 10 billion USD for that colony. Now, is there anything special in your colonial laws that could affect our decision?

[OOC: Well, the fact that RF is Kekkosmaa's neighbor has nothing to do with this. But imagine 770 million people living in an area that's maybe 70,000km2 :) Well, of course people usually just ignore the fact that almosta ll regions in NS are too small for the people they hold, and there are some claims that the NS planet is about the size of Jupiter, but anyways, Kekkosmaa needs some land :P]

Well, we are not exactly interested in areas that have lots of citizens, we are interested in land areas that our citizens can settle on, or areas that are rich with minerals or such. You probably meant that the population of that colony is 600 million, right? But tell us more about that colony, there is a chance that we might be interested in it, anyways.
