The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd has ousted Pete Peterson from control of RR. The 31st Paratrooper Division is now eliminating remaining resistance and taking civilians into temporary shelters where they will live until the nation is rebuilt. An appointed government body is en route to RR, along with engineers who will drain the lands of resources into Zvarinograd's economy so that the country will never be able to concieve any military force to oppress other nations with. Sovereignity will be returned to the people of RR when their nation is rebuilt.
The remaining RR population will recieve food, water, medical supplies and construction materials in exchange for labour in the reconstruction of the nation and in the factories which are currently being built. All weaponry will be confiscated and melted into useable metal to supply Zvarinograd's factories.
