Yeah, there are dozens of nations on the Moon that will quickly blow you up for doing that.

isnt the moon dark already so why would a shadow want to cover up the moon?

we haven't dun anything agresuv yet tho.. I mean we wurnt gonna do anything agresuv at all.

ooc: its not on the moon, its in orbit of the earth on the same path as the moon.

The moons not dark. it is actually very bright since there's no atmosphere to diffuse the light.

Tis a Hulk or Rok methinks...

Causing a shadow will cause unbelievable havoc that will probably cause dozens of deaths. Just hope you know that. Moon nations will not like that.

A huge dreadnaught approaches, flanked by two heavy cruisers a quater it's size. "This is Admiral Saratov on the CSS Lionsbane, on behalf of the Empire of Crimmond. State who you are, what this structure is, what it's purpose is and why you are building it. Now."

OOC: a metal and lifesign scan, then threat assesmentof any weapon systems. That sort of thing.

IC: The admiral flatly refused. "We have had too many encounter with Orcs and too many terrorist attacks to do that. You will tell us what we want to know."

Your scanners find the following:

Metal of many varieties
Varied Orkoid Lifeforms
scattered human lifeforms
no weapons were discovered (im assuming that your scanning for energy based. Otherwise, gunpowder weaopons are present, side arms ... etc [orks never leave home without them])
Very hazardous Plasma reactors (never a good sign)

The admiral has the audio channel muted and falls back into his chair laughing. The bridge crew joins in a second later. After about a minute the regain their composhure an dthe channel opens again.

"There is no global warming on the moon as it has no atmoshpere. Everyone lives in domes."

You notice that a great deal of manufacturing materials are being sent up to the 'stayshun'. More so than would be required to finish it.

Urza, in his study on Tolaria at the time, looks up.
"Hmmm....I wonder if this is another Phrexian plot to drain all the white mana from the planet...again...wait...Yawgmoth is dead, damn, being 6000 years old is such a hassle."

IC: "Ready a Devastator Missile. Have it detonate half way there."

The missile shoots towards the 'stayshun' and detonates into a very impressive looking explosion, causing a small shockwave to rattle the station around for a few seconds.

"I repeat. You WILL tell us what we want to know."

Urza 'walks to the station just in time to feel the aftereffects of the missile.
He adressess the Ork in charge.
"Hello, captain, I am Urza Planeswalker, and, as you are part of the FNA alliance, I am here to assist."

Nob Blogrot was thrown from his feet as 'da red alurt' blared and flashed. Looking at the arrays and buttons in front of him he ativated a video feed.

"Dis is da captain of dis stayshun, Nob Blogrot. What do you think dat you is doing. Dis is now ofishally Green Space. Dis is an ork stayshun cuz we is gonna build ships from it so dat we can have a space fleet. Stop shooting at us."

The three ships turn around and head towards another dark hulk, Lunar Yard 1, what was left of it after the fleet was attacked.

2) its 'god-moding', not 'god-modding', and im not really god-moding. I'm making any really ridiculous claims other than trying to have some fun. A single space staion hardly qualifies for this.

I'd like to point out that Grimgor could have started out as a beginning space tech nation, and now is expanding to have a space fleet. Whats so wrong with that?
