Our country has a military budget of 8,756,625 Quonas (roughly $10,713,730.69)
Any country interested in selling spacecraft, specifically those equipped with weaponry for inter-atmosphere combat, please telegram urithalos so that we may arrange a business deal.
Sorry to say this, but with that budget you wont be able to get anything of any quality. My smallest, cheapest fighter craft costs 15 million. Almost all other space nations have prices of similar if not greater value. Sorry. I could, if you like, arrange a lay-a-way plan.

Perhaps the Turtle class defensive ships. quite slow but big enough to crush and destroy an entire planet, something like a deathstar.
