##Transmission to International Community##

As my first move as Channcelor, I plan to rebuild the military. I am starting with small arms and other weaponry of that sort. We are looking for a high tech weapon that is original. I can have all the M16A2s and OICWs I want built for me. I want something creative and inovative. We will form a contract with whomever can sell us what we are looking for and increase trade between both nations, as well as boost the economy. Please provide specifications and picture[s] with you weapon.

Yours Sincerily,
Ahnuld

A-91M Small Size Assault Rifle
One of the best weapons around.

Is intended to fulfil a wide range of missions and to engage the enemy by automatic fire and firing the underbarrel grenade launcher.

The original design of the assault rifle lacks the drawbacks of the weapon developed according to classical bullpup principle.

The built-in underbarrel grenade launcher do not affect the balance of the weapon, and do not worsen accuracy characteristics when firing the assault rifle.

The first two shots are fired at a incredible rate of 1800 rounds per minute! This means that the bullets have left the barrel before recoil makes the gun move off its target, which enhances the accuracy considerably. After the first two shots have been fired, the gun continues to fire at a rate of 600 rounds per minute, like a normal automatic rifle. If the trigger is released and pulled again, the first two shots will again be at the high rate of fire. Off course a single shot setting is also provided.

The particular feature of these assault rifles is the utilization of a balanced shockless automatics with separated inertia masses.

The consistency of A-91 automatic fire from unsteady positions is 1.5 to 2 times closer compared to the weapons whose action is made according to the classical configuration

Viking Firearms M32A1 Rapier

Based off of principles pioneered in Heckler and Koch’s G11 rifle, this weapon takes it all one step further. Rather than providing silenced weapons to Special Operations forces alone, Viking Firearms provided the M32A1 with an integral suppressor. Coupled with the fact that the caseless ammunition virtually eliminates bolt sounds, the M32A1 is almost impossible to hear in operation. There isn't even a shell casing to be ejected and give away the position of the shooter. Although the weapon's ammunition is supersonic, and thus not "silenced", the supressor nonetheless nearly eliminates firing sounds, although the bullet will still make a sharp crack as it travels through the air. While this will reveal the fact that someone is indeed shooting at the target, it will make it nearly impossible to tell where the shooter is. As well, Viking Firearms offers a 4.7 x 33mm caseless round using a somewhat less-potent propellant block of the same dimensions with a heavier round, reducing the round to sub-sonic speeds while maintaining much of the original round's damage potential. Effectively, this round renders the Rapier a silenced weapon.

Rather than standard iron sights, the Rapier uses an integral 3x optical sight mounted in the carrying handle, although this can be removed if damaged, or just on the firer’s preference, revealing a NATO standard Picatinny rail. If neccesary, there are even flip-up iron sights for use in emergencies. The odd top-loading magazine is made out of a transparent temperature-resistant plastic that allows the firer to tell at a glance how many shots he has left.

Although the standard magazine for this weapon is a 60 round box, a special 120-round helical box magazine is available. While the weapon's standard full-auto firing rate is locked at 600 rpm, the weapon's cyclic rate is actually a shocking 2000 rpm. This rate is only utilized on the weapon's three round burst setting, allowing it to spit out three shots before the weapon's recoil spoils the aim, allowing for exceptionally tight groupings. On unsilenced prototypes, the three round burst sounded like one loud shot, it came so quickly.
