President Kevin Roosevelt has ordered all Military leaders to the Captial. We do not know what the issue is and cannot speculate. President Roosevelt is upset with the closing of International Interstate 1, 40 and 28 which run through North Arkansas Territory. Earlier today, the Batavian Soviet Socialist Republic recalled their ambassador from North Arkansas.

The Supreme Soviet condemned the closure of International Interstate Highways across the Federation of North Arkansas. The Inner Soviet demanded that the Federation open the highways to international traffic. Provda has also been handed a statement by one of the ministers of information, that states that President Malcom has also called all Military Leaders to Memphis.

Provda will bring more news as it is released by the ministry.
