Missiles/Torpedos Seen!!!
We've seen a lot of missiles, torpedos, and battleships around our area lately, some of them just missing our naval fleet by a hair. I'd like to know what's going on around here... a torpedo almost partially destroyed my best carrier!
That's probably just our 3rd Fleet firing off a few shots, testing weapons systems on the way to TPA. No need to worry.
If it is indeed our ships, we will be happy to provide compensation for any damage caused, and will conduct investigations into what happened and who was responsible.

That will not be necessary; they have arrived at their destination. If you are still spotting these occurances, then it is not our fleet perpetrating the action.
How much do you think you will require to repair your ships?
No damage. They usually were just missing my fleet, or exploding in dead water, or not exploding at all. My submarines were having a heck of a time with the torpedos though, LOL.

$5 billion will be satisfactory. 97% of my fleet that came in contact with it is nuclear powered, so no need for the fuel costs. Countermeasures either consisted of a few flares for the missiles, or non-targetted torpedos. All in all, it never would've costed anywhere near $10 billion even, lol.
