I owned Nerolands, but then I gave management of it to an aspiring nation that needed a place for a large naval base.

Nerolands is no longer independant.

whatever. i just want the pass so that it is RPed properly, and i want to give him a second chance with yorgle.

Very well, pending an examination of the nation in question, you may assume that I am open to the idea. TG me with the pass for yorgle and I will give you the pass for nerolands.

i want you to have a second chance. thats all. and i DO want to RP as a lake. i think it would be interesting. so please, just accept the offer so that people will stop hassling about the whole lake thing.

I'm telling you (but you ain't listening) that Nerolands isn't run by the same guy it was when it was turned into a lake.
