Join the United NationStates Anti Oppression and Tyranny Organization today! Founded by Feline in conjunction with others, the UNAOTO has grown from its humble beginnings into the alliance it is today; dozens of member members a strong alliances.
What do you get from being a member? The UNAOTO is a powerful military bloc and is a wonderful mutual protection pact. Besides the added security of a strong alliance, UNAOTO members are also allowed to purchase equipment and technology not allowed to most states, including Edolian weaponry, Pilotian electronic equipment and Feline technology. The trade alone makes UNAOTO a worthwhile alliance.
What are our ideals? The UNAOTO is an alliance of mostly liberal democracies though a number of benevolent dictatorships are proud to call themselves members. We see ourselves as a counter to large, bullying organizations like the New Conservative Alliance or SAVIOUR as well as single, destructive nations such as Melkor Unchained and Iesus Christi.
What do you need to become a member? First, having civil rights and political freedoms of at least “average” certainly helps. It’s also good to be an ally of a UNAOTO country or a generally well-known and respected nation. Background checks will be done before anyone is let in. We’ll find those skeletons in the closet! Most responsible countries that apply get in. Join the UNAOTO today!

I request entry.. although our civil rights have had to be curtailed for greater economic glory lately, we are a good nation!!
We played a significant attempt in curtailing the RF/WU conflict, and our first proposal (which was rejected by one of the parties,) was later (after weeks of RL conflict) chosen!
(Basically I recommended that WU remain democratic but under the territorial control of communist RF, in a Hong Kong/China relationship... although this was rejected by RF, now, weeks later, it is the compromise that they have chosen.)
So please accept us!

Yes, Edolia is a "Corrupt Dictatorship." I see myself as more of an "Iron Fist Socialists" though that is very difficult UN category to get. Notice that our civil rights are "excellent," despite our "outlawed" political freedoms.

Though Edolia no longer wishes you any ill will, we have to say that you have absolutely no chance whatsoever of being accepted into the alliance, mostly due to the fact that you are a member of the NCA, our alliance's arch-enemy. If you weren't a member of the NCA and a close ally of nations like Fantasan and Dark Terror, I would have to say that as long as you apologized for what you tried to do to Goobergunchia, I would endorse your application.
