now for an amzing deal(if its not realistic we'll pull it from the market) it invovles taking our vast reserves of radio active water and putting it in a bomb with Lithium, then when the bomb is detonated the lithium ismixed with the water, spreading vast amounts of radioactive waaater including large chunks of plutoium! The coast is 100 million each or 1000 for ten billion
