Jono Land is selling off its vast resources of radio active waater. A bomb could be possible if you mixed the mixture with Lithium. The price for toxic waste is a hundred dollars a mila leter!

OOC: Technically, there's no reason why he can't make water radioactive. (For once, he's doing something realistic) On the other hand, there's technically no reason why everyone else can't do the same. This makes the demand for his product a big whopping... zero.

To be honest it is rahter useless.
So i reality it isn't radio active water but radioactive sludge?
Anything radio active can easily be made by anyone with even the smallest nuke technology.
Anyway IC:
Cease this deliberate export of what appears simply to be nuclear waste, if you need rid of it the kingdom of Crookfur can offer excellent storage and reprocessing facilities at a reasonable price.
no this is different we have hundreds of thousands of gallons. And its call for sale if need ed just bring a pipe under an enemy and press the switch!

Still raher silly, after all for a better effect that your bomb all you need is a small amount of radio active solid and few Lbs of explosive, boom-bang radio acitve dust cloud.
