Thanks. After the game gets working again I think I shall.
Option C's little tag would read something like "ethnic minorities are kept in perpetual serfdom." And it would raise economic freedoms, while lowering civil rights significantly.
GAH, this game is a biznatch
I'd go for c too...
then again, my nation already has a feudalistic government (in RP, anyway - according to the UN it's a Father Knows Best State... *mumblemumblestupidUNmumble*), so serfdom wouldn't be a huge step anyway...
