Seems extremely unrealistic. First of all, it would cost more than half a billion, I am fairly confident. Trim down Mach 4 and 90 Knots to Mach 2.5ish and 47ish knots. I'm not sure what X2 sized weapons are. Did you make a thread stating you were developing it?
*Ahem* how do you say this.... nOOb. You were founded today and your coming out with a fighter with Moch 4 Capies!? Sounds a little unrealistic for a nation your size. My suggestion, build a military from used units of olde nations, like me and Ali here. Then, once you have gone past 100 million, think about research.

well we know no sleep; X2 sized weapons are cannon size(auto-cannon,chingun,missile-ports,rocketpods things that sized, we use Allied Tech and our own construction drones. but if you want the price is now 250 million cr's

I can see something flying in space and the atmosphere, but it seems pretty implausible to have it be like a disturbingly fast sub, too.
