Our nation is willing to help as well, we have a spetsnaz team that is on standby and could be in your nation within 18 hours. The spetsnaz team is highly trained for domestic and international terrorism.

We thank the nations for offering to help in our time of need. However we have had to close our borders in an effort to capture all terrorist. We will have to pass on your offer but we thank you anyway for your warm wishes.
