President Kronos steps aside.

We have just learned that President Kronos, feeling that a military soloution is the only one to ending the terror from Branson, has Temparoly steped aside and handed power to General Stevenson.
General Stevenson will be the Acting President until the Terrorist incident is ended. President Kronos will remain in the Presidental Mansion and will be the figurhead for the government. Also steping aside are the Attorney General, who will now be replaced by Colonel Robin Jones, The Foriegn Minister will now be under control of Rear Admiral Kelloge Adamson. The Interior Minister will be under control of Commodore Harrison Dodge. The Acting Vice President will be General Tissung Von Synders.
All rights are hereby surpressed. All gatherings suspended, we apologize for any inconviences but we must do this to protect our citizens from further terrorist acts. Your Government will be keeping you updated to the daily activities in fighinting Terrorism.

This morning, Acting President Stevenson has issued a new order for the nation.
"Due to the increased incidents of terrorism, A curfue will be enforced begining 8pm and running to 6am seven days a week. We apologize for the inconvience but we must make conditions difficult for the terrorist.

Today, Acting President, General Steavenson has issued emergency legislation that restricts certain rights for the Press. The General staff feels that the Terrorist might try to use the press to their own ends. This is a temparoly action.
Until further notice, only Government approved Newspapers will be allowed to print. Those approved, will have their content examined for Terrorist messages and statements.

The Grand Duchy of Overopinionation's official position on the recent condition in the Federation of NorthArkansas, is that it is truely a Military Coup.
After hearing of the recent restrictions imposed, such as the Curfue, and the Suspention of Free Press, the Grand Duke, and the Prime Minister, both submited comments denouncing the new Government of NorthArkansas. The Prime Minister sugested that he thought the Terrorist Acts were even staged, so the Military could proceed with taking over the government in a non-hostile way.
The Grand Duchy currently has no Diplomatic Relations with NorthArkansas, and with the recent change of government, will persue none.
Branson-Hollister wishes to remind the world that we have planted an Atomic Device in someones city. We don't care if you think that North Arkansas is stageing this. Just consider this. Demand full independence for our nation, force North Arkansas to give us independence, and we will tell you where the Nuke is.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the Acting President.
Today, as a show of unitity, I, General Steavenson resign from the Army. I do this to show that this is not a Military coup as other nations are expressing their opinion over. PResident Kronos is still the President of this nation. Due to the intense terrorist activities, the President felt a military soloution was needed and steped aside so that the military could deal with these terrorist. As I step down, I will remain Acting President and head of the emergency anti-terrorist council and Commander in Chief of the Military.
I assure the citizens that we will defeate all the terrorist. Do not fear, your government is still intact. Once the emergency is over, the civilian government will resume power.

After further reviewing the situation, the Prime Minister retracted his comment about the Terrorist Act being staged.
Officially, however, the Grand Duchy of Overopinionation still regaurds NorthArkansas as a Military Regime in it's current state.
Parliment has reviewed the situation, and believes that the Socialistic Branson-Hollister rebels should not be given freedom.
A spokesperson for Parliment told the press Parliment's, and the government's official opinion on the matter:
If they will sacrifice the lives of many, to get freedom for few, they are not worthy of having their own nation.
