Four months ago the "Linebacker" headed towards the galaxy Impedimata to map out possible trade routes. While traveling, there was a odd failure in the engine, and the ship crashed onto a unknown planet (For now I'll call it Planet X). We have received several short messages from the ship, and as far as we know the following survived.

276 Soldiers
531 V.3 Combat Robots
41 Drones

Several drones are scouting out the landscape for possible threats. From the few pictures sent to us from them, we can see it is a landscape covered with trees, mountains, and vast bodies of water. There are no intelligent life forms on this planet that we know of.

OOC: Don't you people realise some of us are stuck on the wrong end of a 56k modem?! Pretty pictures do not a good RPer make.

IC: Seeing as Anti-Terror could not possibly have shot down an intergalactic vessel with a mere modern-tech anti-aircraft battery, we will refrain from parking a disturbingly powerful warship over a major city of his and scaring the p1ss out of his population.

We would be willing to dispatch the Emberwind to assist in rescue ops if necessary, tho it's currently engaged in, uh, matters of state intrest that we'd rather not pull it away from if you can safly recover your citizens without our help.
