The Red Mercinary Army today has invaded the small country of Naurum. Our Army will give this little government the privalage of self-governing to them, but, the RMA forces will have final say, and the country will be under occupation. This gives our army the ability to manouver without restriction of the Naurum Government. Our forces have been met with little resistance compared to our total army forces:

And your army is godmoding. I suggest you keep it at 2 to 5% or since your at war to 10% if your at total war of your population.

Seriously, we have allowed him self-governing! Which means that he can function as normal! It just allows our forces to manoever wherever we please instead of having pockets of his country where we cant go into. He still recieves our protection from the RMA forces...
Even still, it is a better deal for him coz now we can offer greater defence by having free roam of his nation.

But they are mercenaries and extremely unreliable..if your going to RP like you do be realistic...mercanary armies are prone to unrest since you dont really command them.

But since they are not your troops and they are mercenaries neither you or him have control over the events that may happen. Having mercenaries means that those mercenaries can one day decide to not work for him and then overthrow your government and impose their own dictatorship there.
Then when that happens you may not have allies like us to support you.

If you are willing to issue a formal statement to the effect of a legaly binding aggrement, not to even attempt to seize command of Naurum and acknowledge the nations' sovererign right. It will provide my gonermenr the reassurence it needs before allowing your occupation force to remain.
We, the Red Mercinary Army, under the command of General Sumter, agree to respect the soveriegn rights of the nation Naurum, as long as the government of Naurum is seen to be capable of controlling the nation.
We reserve the right to take control only in the following circumstances:
