Why does everyone on NS make such a huge deal about ignore cannons?
I mean, it's not rocket science: ignore the other guy and don't say anything. Besides, charging people ICly for something that's only used in an OOC capacity is absurd.

You're right. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just wanted to see the reactions, and to see if people would shell out that much money for a "laser ignore cannon".
If you want to ignore someone, you can just ignore them. If you want to have fun while doing it, you can buy the equipment here.

Yeah, I agree - I meant to say that myself, but Melkor was faster. Blah. But simply ignoring is the best option. These "LASER IGNORE CANNONS" are long since unfunny..

The "Ignore Cannon" was originated by Menelmacar as a fancy way of saying, "I'm ignoring you." Its primary version was like this:

Ready...Aim...Fire...

YOU DO NOT EXIST!
The idea caught on, and people started posting pics for it and, well...
